Paul I. Hotchkiss has significant experience handling a broad range of complex civil litigation, including actions for medical malpractice and the representation of municipalities and state-government entities in both state and federal court.  Currently, Mr. Hotchkiss focuses his practice on representation of victims of medical malpractice  and on litigation on behalf of state and local governments to obtain unpaid taxes from foreign corporations.  A substantial portion of Mr. Hotchkiss' practice is dedicated to preparation of written motions, briefs, and appeals.
