Sidney first came to the firm as a law clerk during at the end of her first year of law school. She returned for a second summer as a law clerk before officially joining the firm upon graduation from the University Of Georgia School Of Law. During Law School, Sidney participated in Moot Court and served as a Dean's Ambassador and Notes Editor for the Journal of Intellectual Property. Her article, “The Road to Hell was Paved with a Good Faith Belief” was selected for publication in the Fall 2015 edition. Sidney also received the Ron Carlson Award for Excellence in the Study of Evidence, the CALI Excellence for the Future Award in Constitutional Law, and was awarded Best Advocate in the Legal Ethics and Professionalism Competition hosted by Mercer University School of Law.
