When there is an accident and a fatal injury, it's important to know what to do in the immediate aftermath.

A 29-year-old woman was killed when a stolen vehicle being driven by a 15-year-old trying to avoid police crashed into the car she was in. The woman was riding as a passenger in a Ford Mustang when the fatal car crash occurred. Five people in total were hospitalized. The driver will face numerous charges and be tried as an adult.

When there is a wrongful death, there are many things that will go through the minds of the family left behind. First, they have to come to grips with the untimely loss of a loved one. Then, they will have to consider how they're going to move forward in their lives. It's possible that the decedent was the main breadwinner in the household. Perhaps the person who died was a parent whose children will have to live without a mother or father. Or, it could have been a young person just beginning his or her life. Regardless of the circumstances, it's important to know how to move forward in seeking compensation.

In this case, a driver of a stolen vehicle is alleged to have caused an accident involving three vehicles. Five people were hospitalized and one was killed. The family of the person who died needs to understand what they need to do in pursuing litigation.
